Angelic Choir
The Angelic Choir, originally named The Children's Choir, consists of the youth in the church. Rehearsal occurs on the Thursday before the fourth (4th) Sunday. There is not an age minimum. Any youth or young adult brave enough and with with the desire to sing on the choir is welcome!
The Angelic Choir sings on the fourth (4th) Sunday of each month, which is set aside as Youth Day. The youth conduct a large portion of the services on this day. The Angelic Choir works closely with the Youth Department and Sunday School activities, and they participate in various special events.
Mass
Choir
The Mass Choir is composed of choir members of a wide variety ages and is open to anyone wanting to sing with the group. The choir sings on the first (1st) Sunday of each month and rehearses on the Thursday before the first (1st) Sunday. The Mass Choir was organized to represent Jones Chapel at outside church functions such as Church Anniversaries, Pastor's Anniversaries, Special Programs, Funerals, etc.
SPiritual Voices of Praise
The Spiritual Voices of Praise Choir was organized in 2002. It was originally comprised of the former Gospel Choir that was organized in early 1950s and Mass Choir members. The group has acquired new members over the years and is open to individuals of varying ages. Any individual may join regardless o The Spiritual Voices of Praise Choir meet to rehearsal on Thursday before the second (2nd) Sunday.
